Slow, Mindful All-levels Group Live-stream Classes

This Slow, Mindful Yoga class is a meditative movement practice meant to bring you fully into the present moment by bringing awareness to breath, body and mind. The class is intended to sooth and build resilience within your nervous system, while also guiding you to experience and embody core qualities essential for finding deep well-being, peace and unconditional joy.
This is an all-levels class accessible to those who can transition between floor and standing postures, options for use of props and pose variations are provided to support a practice that balances challenge and ease. It is helpful (but not necessary) to have a strap (belt or scarf), 2 blocks, 2-3 firm blankets or beach towels, and a mat. Please note to enable participation for an unlimited number of people for these classes students are asked to keep their videos off during class. Connection and questions are encouraged and welcomed at the end of class.
Pay for one or more classes at a time. All payment and attendance is on the honor system, registration for a particular class time is not required. Please choose the classes you would like to attend, make the payment and then save the details for meeting attendance (the link, meeting ID and password).
Registration and Pricing is by the Month.
